I have had 3 seperate instances with 3 seperate employees where they either did not have the slightest idea how to use the computer system, made me fill out a form that they proceeded to lose, or simply stared at me blankly without the slightest idea of how to solve the simplest issues. Save your money and go somewhere else because aside from the fact that any classes you hope to attend will almost certainly be booked, you will spend more time toiling with staff at reception than actually exercising.
